Seminars
Public seminars The Chalfont Project runs a limited number of public seminars during the year on the four main areas of consulting expertise:
- organisational innovation and effectiveness
- behavioural change management
- leadership
- human collaboration.
A series of 'Organising growth' seminars are run during the year in association with professional bodies such as the Irish Biotech Association and London First.
In-house seminars These are in-depth working sessions of skills/knowledge transfer for a particular company. The focus here is mainly on creating or enabling internal capabilities in the above four areas. Therefore, these are not traditional generic 'training sessions'.
One example of such an in-house seminar is Viral Management of Change. This is a short seminar of approx. 4 hours, focussing on how to implement Viral Change initiatives and to avoid slow, painful and ultimately unsuccessful change processes.
In-house 'clinics' Similar to the in-house seminars, but here it is assumed some level of internal company expertise already exists. This type of seminars is mainly case-based, bringing to the table real live situations from the client organisation.
