High Impact Cultural Change is a unique programme for quickly changing 'the way we do things' in an organisation. Under the provocative statement 'Forget culture, change behaviours', we help clients shape a new environment at the behavioural level.
'Cultural change' is often seen as a huge, long process that is fraught with challenges. By focussing on behaviours, The Chalfont Project is able to generate culture change fast and effectively without even calling it 'culture change'. The principle is that culture is something that is difficult to grasp, define and manage, but behaviours can be easily influenced, reinforced, introduced and changed. If you change specific targeted behaviours the culture will change automatically.
We use this fundamental focus, plus a proprietary methodology - Viral Change, an adaptation of behavioural/cognitive change techniques and the subject of Leandro Herrero's book with the same name - to create the conditions for sustainable change in mindset and behaviours (leading to cultural change).
